At least 2+ years experience as a loan processor / underwriter / packager / in a broker environment required. The successful candidate will have knowledge of all aspects of loan processing from origination to funding. Willingness to accept and perform general office responsibilities as part of this position included as well. (Managing phones, shipping, etc.)

They will be able to:

• Submit loans through on-line automated systems.
• Be able to work with several different loan agents.
• Work independently.
• Keep files & work area highly organized.
• Manage a loan pipeline of up to 30 loans effectively and efficiently.
• Be able to close 15-20 loans per month on a regular basis.

They will also have:

• Excellent language and communication skills.
• Knowledge of a broad range of industry programs and processes.
• In addition to residential mortgages, position will also consist of managing and packaging commercial loans, construction loans, land loans, hard money loans, etc. (Experience not required on all of the above types of loans, but definitely helpful.)
